On a culinary level our conference hotel has proved to be an excellent place to stay.
An extensive breakfast awaits you in the morning with fresh orange juice, cereals and crispy traditional bread. In the afternoon the table is laid for a delicious power lunch. Healthy salads, cold and warm dishes, organic products: there's a lot to choose from!
At around five o'clock we serve a Taste Intermezzo. In the evening our chef surprises his guests with a delicious dinner of three or more courses in the contemporary designed restaurant which features Artifort designer chairs. Our chef has a modern cooking style, respecting the purity of the products. You will taste the best regional specialities, and you may enjoy our own special 'taste mills'. Specialities such as Heezer goat's cheese, Meierij lamb, and Livar ham are regularly found on the menu.
There is also a relaxing, casual walking dinner or dinner buffet which his our 'Culinary Entertainment'. Weather permitting, our chef prepares his meals on the wood-burning outdoor kitchen, which was designed by Dick van Hoff. Would you prefer the Chill & Grill instead?
